The Cabezo de San Ginés is a limestone rock elevation, a headland, located in the municipality of Cartagena in the Region of Murcia, near the town of El Estrecho de San Ginés and close to the Mar Menor and Cape Palos. It was also formerly known as Monte Miral.
It is geologically interesting because it is a place where karstification phenomena occur.
