Nilsson (1979) nr. 40 locality. The rectangel for this mine is placed about 180 m NNE of the adit at his map. Whether or not this means that the clearly visible adits at this place are connected with the adit SSW is unclear. The actual distance between them is ca. 167 m. The coordinates are given for the adits NNW, and the one SSW is at: 62.55488,11.78447.

It may turn out that they are part of the Leigh mine, or maybe they need to be registered separately. Measures will be taken when new data turns up.
Another issue are the nowegian maps at kart.1881.no and norgeskart.no. The kart.1881.no map shows the name "Lekgruva" where the Leighgruva is registered. Nilsson (1979) spells it identical with the Mindat spelling. However, norgeskart.no places Lekgruva much further to the west on their map, but in that area there are no significant mines visible.
However, at the other side of the road is a mine that has no name yet and is also missing in Nilsson (1979). That mine will be called Lek Chromium Mine until someone finds a better solution. Its proximity to mount Lekhåmmåren makes it not unlikely that this is the actual Lekgruva.
