Brackenrig Road runs in a northeast to southwest direction along the eastern shore of Lake Rosseau in Watt Township. In the north of the township it connects to Windemere Road and in the south it connects to Highway 118 west.

In 2011 the road was upgraded in the north half of the township. Road construction made Brackenrig Road wider with less hazardous corners to traverse while driving along it. The construction process exposed new roadcuts as well as lengthened existing ones.
