Lucy Mine
The map "Marquette Mineral District" (Burton H. Boyum / Cleveland-Cliffs Iron Co., 1975) shows the Pendill and an unqualified Jackson mine property occupying at least the southern half of Section 1. T47N R27W. This area includes the woods north of Jackson Park along Business Route 28 west of town. Representative coordinates: N46º29'45" W87º37'7". The Lucy property is adjacent on the southeast, in NW 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 7 and SW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of Section 6. T47N R26W. Representative coordinates: N46º29'31" W87º36'41".
