Worked a lead-zinc lode by adit, with five shafts, from a spot known as Watergate (SX047787), for a distance of 280 fathoms.

A second level, closely adjoining on the north, driven on a north-easterly direction on a nearly parallel vein, yielded small amounts of antimony.

The adit was cleared to the first shaft in 1943 and beyond the fourth shaft in 1947 (Dines 1956), but although sampled, there does not appear to have been any working at this time.

There is no recorded output from Trewethen Mine.
