A non-operating mine working an exhalative galena-sphalerite-pyrite deposit in Cambrian schistose acid volcanic rocks associated with the Mt Lyell copper deposits.

Note that most of the minerals listed by Singer et al. (2009) seem erroneous for the location. They may have been confused with the Zeehan Comstock mine, which does have most of those minerals in the vicinity.
