Name:
Named after professor Andrzej Janusz Kozłowski, Ph.D. (21 November 1946, Warsaw, Poland), Institute of Geochemistry, Mineralogy and Petrology, Faculty of Geology, Warsaw University, Poland. Known for his studies devoted to mineralogy of both pegmatites (including these at Szklarska Poręba and its vicinity) and fluid inclusions.
Isostructural with:
The Fe2+Sn3-analogue of silesiaite.

Crystal structure details:
* 3/4 of the M sites are Sn-dominant,
* relatively strong hydrogen bonds are present
