A former feldspar-mica occurrence/mine located 1.0 km (0.6 mile) WNW of Gilsum, on private land. Operated by the New Hampshire Mica Company (1943). MRDS database accuracy for this location is not stated.
Mineralization is a granite pegmatite, Alstead field. Local rocks include rocks of the Partridge Formation, undivided.
Workings include surface openings (a quarry-type openings is inferred).
