Mineralization is a Cr deposit hosted in dunite. The ore body is lens-shaped. Local rocks include ultramafic rocks, chiefly Mesozoic, unit 2 (Western Sierra Nevada and Klamath Mountains).
Workings include 2 shallow trenches (Lucky Three claim).
Production data limited to 2 tons of ore piled on the Pine Cone claim.
