*note* this is a road fill from when the highway was widened around 1994. It is located just west of Bessemer road where a small creek passes under the road. The mineralized material was transported from different roadcuts which were blasted to widen the road and get rid of some hills. These road cuts may no longer exhist as they are likely under the road. However roadcuts just about 100 feet away contain pyrite in a rusty schist-like rock. Quartz veins are also often found in this rock.
