A former Au-Ag mine located in sec. 15, T21S, R45E, MDM, 1.7 km (1.0 mile) S of Panamint, along Marvel Canyon, on National Park Service wilderness land (Death Valley National Park/Death Valley Wilderness) (private (patented)). One of the Panamint Mines. The property consisted of 12 patented claims and 42 unpatented claims. Owned by the American Silver Corporation. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.

Mineralization is a vein deposit with 3 veins, hosted in limestone. The ore body strikes NE and dips NW. Local alteration involved silicification. Local rocks include Precambrian rocks, undivided, unit 1 (Death Valley).

Workings include underground openings comprised of a 600 foot adit and several drifts (topo map reflects 1 shaft, 2 adits and a prospect). Most of the work was done on the Marvel claim. Other workings were on the Wyoming claim and Hemlock claim.
