A former underground Au-Ag-Cu mine located in the W½ sec. 4, T.5S., R.16E., (Christmas 7.5 minute topo map). Produced 1913-1938.
Mineralization is a tabular ore body hosted in Toronado Limestone. Ore control was brecciated zones. Mineraization includes secondary copper minerals.
