A former Cu-U occurrence/mine with underground workings located in the center (NW¼SE¼) sec. 22, T.17S., R.10E., on land of unknown status (Palo Alto Ranch 15 minute topo map).
Mineralization is quartz-sericite-chlorite-carbonate veins and includes oxidized copper minerals. The ore strikes N5E and dips 80 degrees. The host rock unit is the Angelica Formation. Alteration includes quartz-sericite-pyrite.
Workings include a shaft to 30.48 meters deep.
