A series of workings following the east-west lode along the valley. The majority of work appears to have been centered on New Engine Shaft and Old Engine Shaft at the Old Mill end of the sett. New Engine Shaft is to the south of the stream (there is no evidence of the adit portal recorded by Dines) on the valley side and has a small rock and sand dump. The Chimney lies between the forestry track and the stream. Old Engine Shaft is just to the north of the stream with a quantity of rock containing abundant poor quality Pyrite and Arsenopyrite but few copper minerals.
A shaft on the north side of the valley in the middle of the woodland has a large very overgrown rock dump said to contain traces of Galena. A further shaft is visible on the valley side in private ground towards the far end of the woodland.
