A former Au-Ag-Cu-Pb mine located in sec. 21, T24S, R58E, MDM, 4.2 km (2.6 miles) WNW of Goodsprings and E of Shenandoah Peak (E of the Alice and Yellow Pine Mines), on private land within a Bureau of Land Management administered area. First produced in 1934. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 10 meters.

Mineralization is a deposit (Mineral occurrence model information: Model code 85; USGS model code 22c; Deposit model name: Polymetallic veins; Mark3 model number 46) hosted in Paleocene granite. A dike was intruded along the contact thrust with forced tongues in the underneath block. Mineral group was uncommon, and workings reveal the extent and relations of one of the granite porphyry intrusions. Pyrite ore. Local rocks include dolomite, limestone, and minor amounts of sandstone and quartzite.

Regional geologic structures include large scale overthrusts.

Workings include underground openings with an overall depth of 53.34 meters.

Anlytical data results: Sulfide-bearing quartz veins showed 0.4 ounce Au/ton and 1.0 ounce Ag/ton & 3% Cu. Porphyry with disseminated pyrite contained less than 0.04 ounce Au/ton.
