Köppen climate type:
Greisen W-Sn deposit.
Patchy and low content scheelite in quartz-tourmaline veins in a biotite granite stock, containing roof pendants of the Greenland Group. To the north-west by 4 kilometres, scheelite is exposed in a road cutting at Falls Creek. Mineralisation is similar to Doctor Hill, except the granite is weakly greisenised, locally pyritic, the veins also sometimes containing cassiterite.
