A former surface and underground Ag-Cu-Au-W mine located north of the Tip Top Mine. Last produced 1934. Owned by Jack Swilling.

Mineralization is a 3 to 4 foot wide vein deposit with a tabular ore body. It is a well-defined vein with good wall rocks. Features a 10 inch (25 cm) strata of solid chloride ore.

Ore control was faulting and shearing. Ore concentration was oxidtion at near-surface. No alteration was noted. An associated rock unit is the Crazy Basin Quartz Monzonite and rhyolite porphyry dikes.

Area structures include a rather massive and structureless quartz monzonite batholith.

Workings include 2 shafts at 50 and 110 feet deep.
