A group of Cu-U claims/prospect located in sec. 30, T1S, R18E, about 1 mile SE of Bucket Mountain, about 5¼ air miles due W of Peridot, WSW of San Carlos, at 3,700 feet of altitude. Discovered in 1919 by Wm. Stevens, James Stevens & John Case.

Mineralization is predominently granite intruded by small, irregular bodies and narrow dikes of fine-grained dioritic rock. The granite is cut by north- to NW-striking faults & fractures & is locally replaced by quartz, sericite & chlorite. A north-trending shear zone is in the granite. This zone dips from 40º to 65ºW. at its northern-most exposure. In the southern-most pit, the dip is reversed & is 70ºE. The vein is discontinuous in the zone of crushed and sheared granite with a maximum width of 9 to 18 inches (22.5 to 45 cm), or stringers.

Workings include several pits, cuts & 2 shallow inclines to a depth of 10.67 meters.
