A former underground Cu-Au-Ag mine located in the SW¼ sec. 30, T.10N., R.2E. (Bumble Bee 7.5 minute topo map), 1 mile West of Bland Hill & 16 miles SSE of Turkey Creek Station. Discovered 1925.

Mineralization is a lens-shaped ore body hosted in an outcrop of chloritic schist that rises 70 feet above the river bottom. Its strike is nearly North. Near the top are several streaks strongly copper-stained. the 2nd. & 4th. crosscuts opened a lens of ore 5 feet wide at 9.5% Cu & $2.80 Au/T (period values), plus 1 oz. Ag/T. Mineable material is about 20 feet wide. Ore control was stratigraphy. Ore concentration was oxidation at near surface. Alteration includes chloritization and iron staining of rhyolite.

Area structures include foliation and transposed bedding that trend N-S.

Workings include a 560 foot long tunnel in a southerly direction, plus crosscuts.
