A former small Cu-Ag-Au mine located in sec. 4, T18S, R17E, about 1 mile NE of the Hilton Ranch.
Mineralization is a vein deposit with a tabular ore body involving a contact between intrusive granite and limestone. The vein is 8 inches (20 cm) wide with garnetiferous, epidotized, ferruginous gangue containing chiefly sulfides, some copper carbonates and specularite.
The ore is reported to average 20% Cu, 20 oz. Ag/T and $3 of Au/T (period values). No production record.
