A former Cu occurrence/prospect/mine located in sec. 27, T21N, R15E, MDM, 5.9 km (3.7 miles) SW of Loyalton, along the E valley wall of Antelope Valley, SSE of the Palen Reservoir, on National Forest land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters.

Mineralization is a Cu deposit (Mineral occurrence model information: Model code: 104; USGS model code: 25a; Deposit model name: Hot-spring Au-Ag deposit; Mark3 model number: 45). A wide zone of Cu mineralization. The type of deposit is unknown. Local rocks include Tertiary volcanic flow rocks, unit 17 (Cascade Range).

Workings include unspecified underground openings.
