Active gypsum quarry (1924 - ). In 2024, the quarry was in full operation.

- Quarry no. 21, licensed by the Direção Regional de Economia e Vale do Tejo (DRE-LVT), with the license held by the company Sogerela, SA.
- In 2016, about 40% of the gypsum used by the national cement sector was extracted from this quarry.
- This quarry is also known as the Sra. da Luz quarry, due to its proximity to a residential neighborhood of the same name.
