Located 1.7 miles (2.7 kilometers) southeast of Kellogg, Idaho on the West Fork of Elk Creek.

The US Bureau of Mines lists the mine as producing from 1917 to 1918 2,200 tons of ore containing 10,500 ounces of silver and 140,000 pounds of lead.
