There are seven ore bodies, which are numbered 1, 5, 10, 10-2, 10-4, 12, and 15, with lengths of 30–930 m and thicknesses of 6.39–65.50 m. Ore bodies 10 and 15 are the main ore bodies. The average Au grade of each ore body is 2.80–4.58 g/t.
The No. 15 ore body is located in the eastern segment of the main fault and is the largest ore body in the mining area. Its length is 580 m, with a maximum down-dip depth of 527 m, an average thickness of 36.03 m, and an average grade of 4.25 g/t. The No. 15 ore body has an irregular and extended lens-shaped form, with branching in its eastern part. The overall cross-sectional morphology is wider at the top and narrower at the bottom, resembling a funnel shape with steep northern and gentle southern slopes, which dip towards 320°–360° at angles of 48°–80°. The Suoluogou Au deposit contains two types of ores: oxidized and primary ores. The oxidized ore is distributed within 30 m of the surface and has undergone limonitization. The primary ore is located at a depth of >30 m from the surface. The mineralization processes can be divided into four stages: the pyrite and A1 vein stage (I), the pyrite and A2 vein stage (II), the pyrite–arsenopyrite and A3 vein stage (III), and the carbonate–quartz vein stage (IV). The second and third stages were the main mineralization stages.
