Located in the East Fork Ninemile Creek approximately 4.9 miles (7.9 kilometers) northeast of Wallace, Idaho.
The US Bureau of Mines lists the production from 1905 to 1949 as being 154,000 tons of ore containing 246,000 ounces of silver, 10,671,000 pounds of lead, 9,592,000 pounds of zinc, 35,000 pounds of copper, and 100 ounces of gold.
