The Moshi Quarries are an extensive basalt mining field characterized by multiple active mining sites and crusher machines spread across the area. While the primary extraction focus is basalt, the quarries have yielded only limited mineral deposits. Notably, small quantities of quartz and heulandite have been discovered, along with occasional findings of honey calcite crystals. Despite the vast size of the quarries, the mineral diversity remains low.
