Structure: shear zone, dipping 80-85E, vein 5-10E and greater than or equal to 20 feet thickK. The mine is located at the northern end of the Walker Lane Trend.

Alteration: Hydrothermal alteration along brecciated zones

Commodity: Ore Materials: gold Gangue Materials: pyrite

Deposit: Hercules hosts epithermal gold and silver mineralization within two separate northerly-trending structures. Mineralization is associated with a shear zone, dipping 80-85E. The vein dips 5-10E and is greater than or equal to 20 feet thick. The host structures, each approximately 9,000 feet in length, remain open along strike and down dip. Workings follow a shear dipping 80-85E in host andesite flow containing andesite boulders up to 2 feet in diameter . One adit also cut a 20-foot thick vein trending N5-10E that was hydrothermally altered, light tan, mostly brecciated and commonly containing fine-grained pyrite.

Deposit type: Epithermal vein, Comstock

Development: In September, 1997, Adamas Resources Corp. announced that it had entered into an agreement with GLS Global Assets Ltd. whereby GLS can acquire a 51% interest in Adamas' Hercules gold project. More than $2 million in exploration work has been done since 1984 on the property including over 34,000 feet of core and RVC drilling by prior earlier optionees, including Asamera, Horizon Gold, St. Joe Minerals and Phelps Dodge. Under the terms of the agreement, GLS would have until December 31, 1997 to complete a due diligence evaluation of the Project. Adamas planned to conduct its own exploration work on the Project, focusing on the numerous as-yet untested gold anomalies and geophysical targets previously identified on the Project grounds. In 1989 the property was owned by Ivan Bowman, 105 Bardie Court, Grass Valley, California. In 2004, Three reverse circulation holes drilled by Lincoln Gold Corp. to test the deeper levels of the Hercules vein system in the Como district failed to find bonanza-grade gold and silver mineralization. The holes encountered intervals of low-grade gold values near the surface, but the bonanza-grade values were not present at depth. Miranda Gold Corp. and Lincoln therefore terminated their joint venture and option on the Hercules property.

Geology: NBMG samples 3767 and 3768 were taken in the workings.
