Deposit: 9 well-defined veins, parallel.-summit claim vein, finney vein, dunfee vein, gold crest claim vein, tiger claim vein, vein on blue ribbon and gold rock claims, xray claim vein, belle brandon vein. (another report says 14 distinct veins on the claims. All are quartz veins filling fault fissures in both limestone and quartz porphyry
Deposit type: Polymetallic veins
Development: Ore shipments ran $16.80-$31.00/ton (in 1930). Most important development was from the dunfee shaft on the blue ribbon vein. Owned in 1920 by les champ d'or french gold mining co. Ltd. (mt. Vernon m. & m. Co.). Last work done by them was in 1914 ; active exploration (dirlling, mapping, sampling) ongoing in 1983
