Deposit: THIS PROPERTY COVERS PORTIONS OF SECTIONS 25, 26, 35, AND 36, T. 2 S., R. 42 E, AND SEC. 1, T. 3 S, R. 42 E.
Geology: General size of ore body is large. The project is primarily located in the milltown andesite pit area geology unavailable, data describes area of dist. And the overlying dacite, which are more or less concentrically surrounded by ashflow tuffs and lacustrine tuffaceous beds. Both the milltown and overlying dacite are highly bleached and altered. The bleached rocks have been argillized, alunitized, and silicified, and both are host for ore deposits. The ore deposits are closely allied to fissure veins. Structurally the deposits are irregular masses of altered and mineralized rock traversed by irregular intersecting fractures, with the fractures passing into places of thorough becciation. Typically, the ore masses are called ledges. Within the zone of oxidation the ledges are silicified into fractured and porous jasperiod. Below this zone, the ledges become less silileous and less porous. The mineralized ledges range from a few feet to hundreds of feet in length. The ore bodies within the ledges vary in shape from pipes to equidimensional bodies. The dips vary but are generally greater than 49 degrees to the east and appear to align themselves downdip. The overall dimensions of the gold -field ore body is estimated to be 30 meters deep, 460 meters in length, and nearly 45 meters wide.
