Outcrops of carbonate concretions, which are deposited by cold freshwater in presence of hydrophilic vegetation, at the western foot of Monte Pelato. An alternative name for these outcrops is Lendeniere, derived from the homonymous alp (1910 m a.s.l.) in the vicinity.
