Structure: Nacimiento Fault Nacimiento Fault And A Shear Zone Where Mineralization Took Place.

Tectonics: Nacimiento Uplift

Deposit: The deposit consists of a vein 3 to 4 feet wide of sheared granite. There are scales, films, and irregular veins of bright native gold and local small nodules or pods of malachite. There is four-feet between two main faults that form the footwall and a position intermediate between the footwall and an ill-defined hanging wall.

Geology: The precambrian in this area has not been given a formal name.
