A Au occurrence/prospect located in the SE¼ sec. 32, T30N, R17W, G&SRM, on the E side of Hualapai Wash.

Mineralization is a 3 cm thick vein, showing mullion-like striae plunging 20N-NE along the footwall with webbed boxwork.
