A Au occurrence/mine located in the NE¼ sec. 17, T28N, R18W, G&SRM, 3.2 km North of the San Juan mill. The geographic coordinates presented are approximate to the center of sec. 17.

Mineralization is a quartz-sulfide-carbonate vein that appears to strike N.25º-30ºW.

Workings include underground openings including a main shaft approximately 9 meters (30 feet) deep.
