Republic Mine
Structure: Rich Ore Reported At Intersections Of Ne And Nw Trending Fault Fissures.
Alteration: Silicified Andesite
Deposit: The veins are banded, filled fissures. The main vein trends northwest and averages 5 ft in width. A secondary system of parallel fissures trend northeast. Oxidized ores were reported to a depth of 100 ft and the hanging wall fracture reported to contain mostly silver while the footwall fracture was richer in gold. 4 patented claims covering 42.06 acres.
