The Kirazli deposit covers an area of approximately 1541 hectares.

The deposit is held by Alamos Gold Inc and in 2019 was subject to environmental protests against the use of cyanide in its processing.
The deposit has been deforested but is yet to begin mining.

The deforested area on google maps looks like a giant moth.
