Uranium bearing mineralization of limited extent, investigated with three assay tunnels dug by AGIP Minerary Activities Dep., at about 1300 m above sea level at Costa Magrera.
The workings never produced ore mineral. The area is not very far from the most famous uranium mine of Novazza, but different from it, in that the mineralization is hosted within arenaceous rocks of Upper Permian age belonging to the so-called Verrucano Lombardo Formation.

Closed in 1980.
