In this quarry large and good "thalénite" crystals were found in the 1930's.
Stensrud (2009) writes it is more likely that this mineral was keiviite-(Y).
Altitude map data is inconclusive. At the place -600 m E of the farmhouse- were it should have been, there is not a trace of anything that could have been a quarry.
The coordinates are given for the location where the quarry should have been, but field work is required to find the quarry back.
