Dreislar is a district ("Ortsteil") of the town of Medebach in the Hochsauerland district.
Dreislar is located in the southeastern part of the Hochsauerland district, about 5.5 km south-southwest of the main town of Medebach at an altitude of about 380 m above sea level. The Nuhne tributary Ölfe, into which the Oswinkel flows from the north, and the district road 56, which leads west to Hesborn and north to Medelon, run through the village.
