Kentland Quarry


A quarry located 4.9 km (3.0 miles) E of Kentland.
Located inside the central uplift area of the Kentland crater.

Highly deformed rocks, with good shatter cone structures are developed, especially in the dolostones of the quarry. In addition, high pressure minerals are found as a result of the intense shock metamorphism.
