An abandoned copper tungsten mine. Previous prospecting and mining work included five shafts, numerous trenches, and pits on the strike-length of the occurrence. The claims were first registered in December 1976. During 1977-82, 36.18t of tungsten concentrate were produced.

Geology: The occurrence is developed in a fracture –zone, 2.0-2.8m wide, in syenite of the Mutandahwe Complex, and in places along the walls of a mafic dyke intrusive into the syenite. Near the reef, the mafic dyke is altered to biotite–rich rock. The reef showed pinching and swelling along strike and down dip and had a pay-strike ranging from 30 to 50m. Sulphide concentrates contained up to 3 g/t Au and 30 g/t Ag.

Size and orientation of deposit: 0.5 to 2.0m wide; extends for 650m; strike 050; sub-vertical dip.
