Dahll's mine consist of a 13 m wide and up to 10m high cut into the hillside with a water filled adit in the south-eastern end. Just above the cut, a shear deformed, chlorite-rich zone with pyrite can be seen. Locally 5-10cm wide sphalerite bands also occurs in this zone. The main rock is a felsic, fine grained gneiss with granite and pegmatite veins.
