Grunnstoll I is an adit with a collapsed entrance and water filled interior. It is reportedly around 200m deep. The entrance lies in feldic gneiss. In the dump, sphalerite ore can be found, as well as massive pyrite-magnetite-sphalerite-chalkopyrite ore.
