Pb-Ag-Zn-Cu mine located in Gutturu Seu (Gutturu Xeu) valley, NNE of Domusnovas.

The Maciurru mining concession, which remained active until the 1970s, included two old contiguous concessions, named respectively Planu Pirastu (or S'Ega sa Sarpa) and Maciurru (Fundu Maciurru or also Su Fundu Maciurru). Other mining permits in this area, merged during the 1920s with the Maciurru concession, involved the lodes named Medau sa Grutta, Punta Planu s'Olioni (or Punta de su Canali) and Guardia Masonargiu.

The main mined mineral was galena, with accessory sphalerite, pyrite, and chalcopyrite. The minerals reported for the Maciurru sector include: acanthite, chalcopyrite, cerussite, dolomite, galena, linarite, malachite, pyrite, sphalerite, and tourmaline. The minerals reported for the Su Planu s'Olioni and S'Ega sa Sarpa workings include: azurite, baryte, bornite, brochantite, calcite, chalcopyrite, cerussite, covellite, fluorite, galena, gypsum, goethite, linarite, malachite, mimetite, minium, pyrite, sphalerite, and tetrahedrite.
