8 km North of Linares. It was registered in 1870 to mine the "San Andrés" vein. In 1908 was the deepest mine in the District (600 m depth).
Very interesting primary (galena, sphalerite, chalcopyrite,pyrite, argyrodite, gersdorfite) and secondary (cerussite, mimetite, linarite, pyromorphite, anglesite, malachite, azurite, chrysocolla, asbolan, heterogenite, todorokite, conichalcite, pyrolusite, serpierite) minerals in good crystals.
