Located close to the Lindvikskollen quarry. A rutile-bearing albitite ("kragerødite") was worked for rutile in 1901-1927 by Herman Jensen from Risør. About 1000 t of ore was produced each year of the mining period. The ore was transported by cableway down to the sea and transported by ship to Tvedestrand. Remnants of the cableway are still visible in the area.
