Deposit: Workings explore spotty to continuous chalcedonic quartz fissure veins which cut andesite host. Host is silicified and brecciated near veins and bleached over considerable area.

Geology: Vein matter on dump shows slight Mn staining and exibits crustiform textures with banding parallel to the vein walls. Some 5 mm, dark, silicified hydrothermal breccia veinlets are also present in the wallrocks near shaft.
