Description: "Aragonite is a common accessary mineral and attractive specimens are common at the Trentham quarry as large sprays of colourless to white and translucent acicular crystals up to 5 cm long. Occasionally the terminations have an attractive yellowish tinge."

Description: At the Trentham quarry calcite has been observed as scalenohedral crystals associated with chabazite, phillipsite and aragonite.

Formula: (Ca,K2,Na2)2[Al2Si4O12]2 · 12H2O
Description: "At the northern end of the Trentham Falls quarry, chabazite crystals form pseudocubic rhombohedrons up to 4 mm across lining the walls of cavities. Associated minerals include phillipsite, sprays of acicular aragonite and scalenohedrons of calcite. The minerals have crystallized in vughs which are coated with an orange or greenish clay, possibly montmorillonite."
