A Cu,Au,Ag,Co,U,W Mine
This mine is located on the West slope of Eagle Peak in the Mt Rainer Area.
It worked mineralized joints or slip planes in granite.
Developments include a 300' drift and a 650' crosscut.
It produced ore in 1919, 1925, and 1928.

Tectonics: Cascade Volcanic Arc
Deposit: Mineralized joints or slip planes in granite dikes. One zone is 6 in.-5 ft thick and carries a streak of high-grade ore 1-14 in. Thick; gold values are in the arsenopyrite. Ore from near portal of old drift about 15 ft above present drift level was slightly radioactive. Ore appears to be in dikes coming off the tatoosh pluton 2 unpatented claims ; info.src : 1 pub lit mrds records w017915, d000665 have been merged with this record and deleted
