A Ti occurrence located in the SE¼NW¼ sec. 7, T16S, R40E, MDM, 0.9 km (0.6 mile) W of Summit 2347 meters and 0.2 km (0.1 mile) SSW of the Cerussite Mine, on National Park Service land (Death Valley National Park).
Mineralization is hosted in mixed rock at a contaminated border of quartz monzonite.
