A Mn deposit located in the SW¼NE¼ sec. 13, T4S, R19E, SBM, SBM, at the N end of the McCoy Mountains, on privately leased land (located claim). Discovered in 1917. Owned by the Blythe Manganese Company, California (1974). Operated by the California Limestone Products Company, California (1974). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.

Local rocks include Quaternary alluvium and marine deposits.
